DIAMOND CERTIFICATES

When you purchase a loose diamond, it will be shipped with its accompanying diamond grading report, also known as a diamond certificate, where applicable.

Diamond grading reports are detailed documents issued by recognized diamond grading laboratories. As replacing a diamond grading report may involve significant costs, the original diamond grading report must be included when returning an eligible loose diamond.

If the original diamond grading report is not included with the returned loose diamond, you may be charged a replacement fee of ₹15,000.

Diamonds set in jewellery or mounts may not be individually certified unless expressly stated at the time of purchase. The complete jewellery piece may be certified by a third-party laboratory or by Supercarats.com, depending on the product specifications and applicable certification process.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
