At Supercarats.com, we offer multiple payment options for your convenience. You can choose to pay for your purchase online or offline through a variety of payment services, or you can pay by cash upon delivery.
Online Payment
We offer online payment options through Credit Card, Paytm, PayPal, and Net Banking.
We accept all major credit and debit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Maestro. You can also transfer money through all major banks in India.
Offline Payment
We accept the following offline payment methods:
- Cheque
- NEFT
- RTGS
If this is your preferred method of payment, kindly remit the funds using the banking information listed below. Please mention your Order Number and Name in the "Purpose of Payment" while remitting the funds.
In case of payment by cheque, the cheque should be made in favor of "Universal Diamond Garden Jewellery Pvt Ltd", with your name and order number written on the back of the cheque.
The cheque can be deposited directly into our bank account. To avoid delays in processing your payment, please email the deposit slip along with your name and order number to support@supercarats.com , so that we can correctly match the payment with your order.
Banking Details
Cash on Delivery
With this payment method, you can pay for your order in cash upon delivery.
Please note that certain restrictions apply to Cash on Delivery. Customized, altered, and engraved jewellery pieces are not eligible for Cash on Delivery.
Cash on Delivery is available only for orders with a total value of up to ₹50,000.
Important: Customized, altered, and engraved pieces are not eligible for the Cash on Delivery option.
