Shipping & Delivery Policy
Supercarats.com is proud to offer FREE shipping on all orders within India, with each and every item fully insured using trusted and reliable courier companies. We take pride in our products and understand their value. From the moment your order leaves our hands until it reaches you, it is fully insured.
Because some of our items are made to order and customized according to your personal preferences, shipping times may vary. For products that are available when you place your order, the processing time will typically be 24–48 hours. For made-to-order pieces, the entire process may take up to 10 days.
We will provide you with a shipping confirmation and tracking number once your product has been dispatched.
While we typically ship with Blue Dart or Speed Post, we may choose to use another reliable courier company at our discretion to best serve you.
Signature Requirements / Mobile Confirmation / ID Verification for Delivery
For your protection, we require signatures on all orders costing more than INR 5,000. We may also require mobile number confirmation and a government-issued ID check at the time of delivery.
If the person collecting the product is not the customer who placed the order, we will require a government-issued ID for verification.
The following are acceptable forms of identification:
- Aadhaar Card (in the name of the member/recipient in the case of a gift)
- Driving License
- Permanent Account Number (PAN) Card
- Passport
Delivery will be completed only after the required ID has been verified and confirmed. Protecting your product is our priority.
Important: We urge you to carefully check the package for any visible damage or signs of tampering before accepting the delivery. In the event that tampering, theft, or damage has occurred, please do not accept the package and contact Supercarats.com immediately.
If, for any reason, you are unavailable during the first delivery attempt, the courier company may attempt delivery up to three times. After the third unsuccessful attempt, the product will be returned to Supercarats.com.
Delivery guarantees are subject to the terms and conditions of the courier company. Any inconsistency in the recipient's name or delivery address may result in non-delivery of the product.
Gifting
We understand that Supercarats.com lab-grown diamonds can make an unforgettable gift.
If the product is being delivered as a gift, the person receiving the product will still be required to provide an acceptable form of identification. Due to courier regulations, the price of the product may be visible on the package or accompanying documentation.
If you wish to receive the invoice yourself, you can request this at the time of placing your order, and an additional copy can be sent to you.
Packaging / Gift Packaging
We understand that product packaging is also important. An item as stunning and elegant as a Supercarats.com jewellery piece deserves packaging that is aesthetically pleasing and of high quality.
We want your order to be perfect and perfectly suited to the occasion.
If your purchase is a gift, we offer free gift packaging and can include a personalized message with your order. Simply enter your desired message in the Gift Message Text Box at the time of placing your order.
We will print your message on a distinctive and beautiful card to be delivered along with the gift.
International Delivery
Supercarats.com currently ships within India only. We plan to expand our online operations to international markets, including the US, EU, and UK, in the coming months.
International shipping availability will be updated on our website once these services become available.
